How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your KeepValid account directly from the app:
- Open KeepValid on your device.
- Tap the Account icon.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Account information — your email address and authentication credentials
- All documents — document names, types, expiration dates, and notes
- Notification settings — your reminder preferences and schedules
- Notification history — all past notification records
- Device tokens — Firebase Cloud Messaging identifiers used for push notifications
What We Cannot Delete
- Crash and error reports already sent to Sentry — these contain only technical diagnostics (device type, OS version, stack traces) and no personal or document data. Sentry retains this data per their retention policy.
- Emails already delivered to your inbox — we stop sending new notifications immediately, but previously sent emails remain in your email account.
